• Customers must notify Trident Baseball School (hereinafter referred to as "TBS") of any cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment (including without limitation all lessons, team training, camps, and clinics) (hereinafter referred to as an “Appointment”) upon no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the Appointment.  TBS can be notified by calling (505) 933-9251 or emailing tridentbaseballschool@gmail.com.  Leaving a voicemail or sending an email counts as proper notification.

• Cancelled or re-scheduled Appointments without at least 24 hours advance notice will result in a 50% refund for that Appointment.  Also, a no-show for an Appointment without at least 24 hour advance notice will result in a full charge for that Appointment.

• All lesson packages purchased do not expire and are non-refundable. Lesson packages can be used for any  instructor.  

​

• All merchandise or gear sales (ex. magnets, hats, t-shirts, shorts and sweats) are final and non-refundable.
